Accommodation

There is a condition of mandatory accommodation blocking for wedding celebrations that take place in the resort.
♦ For celebrations with less than 50 persons attending the wedding a minimum of 8 rooms per night will have to be booked with minimum 2 nights stay
♦ For celebrations with 51 to 80 persons attending the wedding a minimum of 20 rooms per night will have to be booked with minimum 2 nights stay
♦ For celebrations with 81 to 130 persons attending the wedding a minimum of 30 and only up to 40 rooms per night will have to be booked with minimum 2 nights stay

Outdoor Events and Entertainment Policy
The Resort reserves the right to make final decision to move any outdoor function to an inside banquet room to expedite the set up due to inclement weather. The decision to move a function must be made no less than 5 hours in advance of the scheduled event start time.  Live Band Entertainment during events is allowed up to 10pm.
Entertainment Sound check is allow after 5PM on the event day.

Wedding Cake

Using original recipes, our French Pastry Chef will specially create a wedding cake ranging from a modern to classic presentation, according to your desire. Prices will vary depending on the size, design and weight.

NOTE: If a wedding cake is bought from outside of the resort by the wedding couple and served by the staff of St. Regis Bali at their celebration, a surcharge of USD 3.50nett per person will be imposed.

Vendor / Decorator Restriction

Wedding couples who engage an outside vendor for the wedding celebrations must note that non genuine flowers are strictly not permitted for decoration purposes. All flowers used for the occasion must be fresh flowers.

The design of the decoration for the wedding celebration should be sent to St. Regis Bali wedding coordinator for approval and this is to ensure that the decoration is in line with the St. Regis brand.

Tea Ceremony

The resort is specialized in organizing a tea ceremony as part of a couple’s wedding celebration. The tea served at this ceremony is either Jasmine or Green Tea.

Service is provided and up to 20 tea cups for 20 persons can be served at this ceremony. The package cost of this tea ceremony is USD 200nett.

A surcharge of USD 3.50nett per person will apply for couples that bring their own tea for this ceremony.

Marriage Credential, Religious Appointments

A legal wedding is possible to arrange in Bali. Referrals of wedding consultants can be organized through us.

Advance notice of wedding arrangements is required by the consultant as time is required for application to the appropriate Government Offices and Consular Services for legal formalities.

The Justice of Peace and Religious Minister will be present on the day of the wedding. The ceremony will last for approximately 30 minutes with declarations of intent and exchanging of vows. Two independent witnesses are required and this can be arranged with the wedding consultant if friends of the wedding couple are not available.

Balinese Blessing

If you would prefer a Balinese Wedding Blessing, we can organize one for you. This will not however be a legal ceremony and therefore will not require any legal procedures. Advance notice is paramount in order to make the necessary arrangements with a local Hindu priest and Balinese offerings.

Weather in Bali

The weather in Bali is similar to the worldwide climate. It is unpredictable but generally April to October is dry season and November to March is the wet season. It rains occasionally in the dry season but there are many dry days in the wet season. Mornings tend to be drier than the afternoon but there is no guarantee to the final outcome.

From November to March, the following wet weather back-up plan is compulsory:
An alternative venue for your reception and dinner will be at The Astor Ballroom. As another option, dinner can also be arranged outdoors under a marquee. This will be at an additional charge. At least one month’s advance confirmation of marquees is essential.

The Service of a Balinese Rain Stopper

In mystical and magical Bali, anything is possible. If you require the services of a rain stopper, we can arrange a ‘Pawang Hujan’ for your celebration. The Balinese believe that by means of a unique ritual, the rain can be controlled. The ‘Pawang Hujan’ is reputed to make the rain fall anywhere but at the location of the celebration.
